Course Perspective

I’ve been around the Google ecosystem for years, but enrolling in this Google IT Support course was still a hefty challenge for me. English isn’t my strongest suit; I don’t talk much, so I’ve always leaned into learning more about IT. But man, this course turned out to be a real eye-opener.

What did I get out of it? A whole new skill set aimed at entry-level IT jobs. I learned the A to Z of customer support, from pinpointing issues to troubleshooting and debugging. They also covered the everyday stuff like computer assembly, setting up wireless networks, and installing software. And the course wasn’t limited to just one system; we dived into Linux, Domain Name Systems, Command-Line Interface, and even Binary Code.

But why does this matter to me? I’ve spent a lot of time in Malaysia and Singapore, and I’m super passionate about these places. As the years are piling on, my focus is shifting towards sharing what I know. I’ve got a good grip on digital marketing and programming, and I even have some fun skills in badminton coaching and red wine appreciation. The aim is to share all of this knowledge freely. Life’s too short to make everything about money, right?

So, where does this course fit into the bigger picture? It gives me another layer of expertise that I can share. Now, I can help people not just through digital campaigns or coding advice but also by solving their everyday tech problems.

In summary, this course wasn’t just about learning IT support; it was about adding another tool to my kit, a tool that I can use to help people in a meaningful way. And that’s something worth investing time in.
