I’ve always been more on the quiet side, usually just hanging out with my best friend. But when it comes to my career in digital marketing and programming, good communication is a must. That’s why I jumped into the Certified Effective Communication in the Globalized Workplace Specialization course.

The course was a real eye-opener. It covered the basics of communication and how to adapt in a global setting. One key lesson for me was the value of networking.
