Main ideas and observations
A visitor needs to know whether the service fits their problem, what happens next and how to ask a specific question. Answer those points in plain language near the beginning of the page.
Explain the scope. Add relevant evidence only when you can support it. Link to a case or guide where it genuinely helps someone decide.
Keep important information visible as text. A chatbot can help with navigation, but a service description should be readable without opening a chat.
