Course Perspective

So, I just wrapped up the “Technical Support Fundamentals” course, and I’ve got to say, it was a wild ride. I’ve always been the hands-on type, diving deep into stuff before even thinking about hitting a classroom. Certificates? Eh, just paper. But this course? Mind-blowing.

The Evolution of Computers: One of the coolest things was learning about the history of computers. Starting from the invention, how it’s evolved, and where it’s at now. And the role of an “IT Support Specialist”? Finally got it defined.

Inside the Machine: Now, this was a treat. We got down to the hardware, the nuts and bolts of what makes a computer tick. Wanna build a computer from scratch? This is where you get the blueprint.

Operating Systems: You can’t talk computers without talking operating systems. Windows, Linux, Mac OS X—they all got their time in the spotlight. From booting up to installing from zero, we got a hands-on experience through Qwiklabs.

The Web and Networking: This section was like peeling an onion—layer after layer of information. What is the Internet? What’s the future looking like? It even touched on the limitations and the impact, both good and bad, it has on the world.

Now, what am I gonna do with all this? Share it, obviously. I’ve been around, especially in digital marketing and programming. Whether you’re in Malaysia, Singapore, or anywhere else, I’m all about sharing what I know. I’ve got a family and a life outside all this tech stuff, and I want to use my time wisely. If you’re looking to learn, I’m more than happy to share. Let’s make the most of it!
